Our Story

Black Lamb Media was founded in 2017 by Creative Lead and CEO Jennifer Smith Haylett. She is the "Black Lamb" in Black Lamb Media. Jennifer immigrated to the United States from the United Kingdom at a young age, was raised in a mixed-race family, and is a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community.

Needless to say, Jennifer always felt she was going against the grain; however, "Black Lambs" don't do it alone. She is dedicated to helping and telling the stories of bold, brave businesses with strong values that aim to make a positive difference in this world.
